2. The products should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
3. The return request will be borne by the House of Tomar team.
4. Return or Exchange intimation should be emailed to care@houseoftomar.com or WhatsApp to 9897487488 within 7 days of receiving the products.
5. The amount will be refunded via NEFT after the QC team pass the Garment (Generally it takes 10 working days).
6. All the delivery times are calculated as working days i.e. excluding weekends, public holidays and lockdown scenarios.
